Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your email mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward mails from one e-mail box account to another, finetune email filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your email mailbox accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and select the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just select the email box you want to forward e-mails from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else.
